Every site and every job is different, however, below is some indicative pricing to help you compare. All prices below include GST. Disposal of the soil is not included. We recommend organising a skip bin. However, if you don't want to organise this yourself, we can help.

BASIC EXCAVATION
$500
Minimum of 4 hours weekdays. This includes travel to and from your site.
Additional Hours:
$80 per hour (up to 4 additional hours)
$110 per hour each hour over 8 per day
PIER HOLES
$25-$35 per Hole
The cost of pier holes depends on their depth. Holes of 300mm or 450mm diameter can be drilled.
Hole Depths:
1200mm deep - $25 per hole
1200mm - 3000mm deep - $35 per hole
GRANNY FLAT SLAB
$1,100
This is excavation for a standard 60sqm granny flat and includes up to 25 piers being drilled.
